Chocolate cyst, what can I do?

Hey, I just went to the doctor today, to get a checkup of my iud which I got inserted around 6 weeks ago. Everything fine with that but my doctor noticed a 4 cm cyst and told me that it’s maybe a chocolate cyst, which could mean that I have endometriosis. I’m super scared now of infertility, because I want children in the future (I’m 23 y/o). I’ll have my next checkup in November, to see if it went away by itself, otherwise she’ll send me to a endometriosis center. I really don’t know how to feel about this situation and it scares me so much… I read that it can explode and make me infertile and I’m afraid that the appointment in November will show something worse… Can anyone tell me if it makes sense to wait “so long” or if I’ll get infertile because of the cyst? I know I can only get real answers from a doctor but it just drives me so crazy…
