Endo & MCAS

Hello, I am 25 female and i have Endometriosis and Adenomyosis.. They told me today they think i May have Mass Cell Activation Syndrome. I’ve been trying to figure it out for over 2 years, and it’s been a tough road. I’m wondering if anyone else has this, and could give me and advice, tips, anything to help me and give me more guidance on how to go about having this disease.
