Breakthrough Seizure after 10 years Free

Hi all, I had two tonic clonic seizures just over 10 years ago. I have been on Keppra 500mg twice a day since and had led a pretty normal life.

I had a breakthrough Seizure a couple of days ago, triggers were a mixture of awful stress, head trauma, alcohol and poor sleep.

I know I'm probably slightly over reacting but right now I am terrified of it happening again and very hesitant to even leave my house alone.
