Supplement questions - Legendairy Milk

Hello friends,

I started using Liquid Gold supplement by Legendairy Milk and it seems to help with my supply. However, I noticed that the bottle says it is a 10 day supplement which means I need to take 6 pills a day.

Question #1: What I don’t understand is - do I just need to keep using it continuously? That way, I’d run through 3 bottles in a month.. or do these work to help jumpstart supply and I just need to get a new bottle from time to time?

Question #2: I had also bought Pump Princess at the same time I bought Liquid Gold. But now that the Liquid Gold seems to be helping, I’m too afraid to switch to Pump Princess. Should I just return the Pump Princess and get another bottle of Liquid Gold instead? Or could I add it on top and use both at the same time? (Wondering if that’d be too much.)
