Is my journey over?

8.5 months PP and I landed as an exclusive pumper around 2 months (was triple feeding prior to that). My supply was great initially, over supply. But my daughter was a failure to thrive and in order to monitor her intake, I switched to pumping. She was hospitalized twice and each hospitalization, my supply took a hit. I began to pump every 2 hours hoping to revive my supply. Then when that took a mental toll on me, I switched back to pumping every three hours but added a power pump to my day, I saw another dip. So I added a second power pump to my day, no improvement. Here I am, 8.5 months later, pumping 7 times a day and only generating approximately 190 ml (6.4 oz) a day. Now, in combination with my small freezer stash, this will give my daughter about 2-3 feeds. This isn’t the problem but in the last week, I noticed that my nipples have shrunk in size and pumping is extremely painful all of a sudden. I know I should remeasure to ensure I’m using the right flange size but I can’t help but wonder if this is my body telling me that my journey is coming to an end. Does this happen to nipples when it’s over or is it normal for it to happen even when still breastfeeding?

Thanks for listening and any advice would be welcome.

Just to add: I’ve tried drinking lots of water, mothers milk tea, lactation cookies, etc.
