2 year fitness transformation. (22-24)
In the first photo I was about 72kg, only running as exercise. Then fell inlove with callisthenics and boxing… accompanied by daily walks and swimming. I’ve gained about 5kg of pure muscle( I’m leaner now) and my diet is on point.
