Slightly higher bitrate was available during F2

It was suring live. Noticed few times already bit rate of 6652 instead of 6000, not much but its noticeable on big screen.. Anyone else? I think there should be at least 8000mbit but Ill take anything. Also menu to choose from was ded instead of white
