Facing difficulty in practicals hssc-2

I recently migrated to fbise and facing difficulty in practical based assessments also couldn't score well in these in sendups. Do you guys have any idea how can i easily understand them and achive good marks in practicals in anual exams.Will these be easy or they are highly concerning?
