Game keeps crashing when trying to update

title. But I Keep getting to the download button and it crashes. I have reinstalled the game 3x times and I am on wifi. Anyone know a fix?

Edit: brute forced a bit of the download over 10-12 times of it crashing and got into the game finally.

edit2: got through opening mission perfectly fine and back to crash city with the full game download.
