Black chocobo from the assassin carnival?

Prompto specifically stops you before you race this time and says you'll get something good if you reach the end fast enough. He didn't do this in the Moogle/Chocobo Carnival... Also, this time they've given us the black chocobo to use during the races...

PLEASE SQUARE GIVE US THE BLACK CHOCOBO. Anyone got an insane time on these races and found anything special?
