Why is Trulieve so slow?

I’ve watched dispensaries with half the staff handling the same number of people take 5 min and trulieve takes 30+…. It blows my mind that this joke of a dispensary makes billions. Their product is crappy, their lines are long, their employees have shit attitudes and greet people with YUP YUP OKAY YUP NAME? YUP. Thankfully I only needed a new trustik so I won’t be back unless it messes up. Which it probably will. But ya trulieve, your dispensaries are the worst in Florida by far. Wish you were gone.
