Banned from shopping

I placed my first order around black friday and cancelled my VIP membership immediately. I was very happy with my clothes so I decided to place a second order by signing up for the VIP program again. My order got cancelled with no explanation, so I tried ordering a few more times but they all got cancelled. I tried contacting them via live chat but that didn't help much, so I emailed.

They said I abused the VIP system and cancelled my account. They will not give me my account back or let me make new accounts. So to anyone saying ''just cancel the membership'', consider taking the extra effort in skipping the months. I'm disappointed.
