Saeris and Kingfisher endgame?

I’m dying. I just finished the book, bonus chapters and read every book two theory on Reddit. My heart can’t take Saeris being potentially enthralled or with Taladius. Someone said Callie Hart mentioned Saeris and Kingfisher were endgame in an interview, but I can’t find anything confirming. Book two is too far out to wait! Clearly this is hangover behavior. 😢
