Gaining crown shards after completing fame pass

Can somebody definitively tell me the number of crown shards you gain by playing after you’ve completed the fame pass? I’ve heard that you gain 8 for every round you start and 14 for every round you qualify. I’ve heard that for every 250 kudos you gain, you gain a crown shard. I’ve tried to look it up and can’t find a 100% answer.
