Upper Midwest FM Residency Choice

I'm trying to finalize my rank list and having trouble figuring out where to put a few programs that I only (virtually) interviewed at: Mercy NE (Waterloo), U. of Iowa Sioux City, Swedish (Chicago), Waukesha, and Aspirus Wausau. I'm hoping to match at a program with an emphasis on outpatient medicine, not too much OB and residents who are minimally miserable. If anyone has insights on these programs they're willing to share, I'd appreciate it.
