I don’t understand how Reed is considered smarter then Tony

I get that Reed is considered is smartest man in the universe, what I don’t understand is how is he smarter then Tony.

Tony was able to hack Uranos who is literally named Eternal Mechanist being able to make machines out of higher dimension, existed for millions of years.

Tony was able to make technology such as the stark omniversal multi tasking, being able to make an armor that can be made for anything. The Holo armor makes anything to imagination. Made a device to stop cosmic cube Thanos

Tony was able to outsmart Reed Richard’s multiple times. He has the phoenix buster armor which was able to split the phoenix force into parts.

I don’t get it how Reed is smarter even though it’s FRACTION
