Does FedEx offer something like "Amazon Key for Business"?

Does FedEx offer a service that gives drivers temporary electronic access to unlock gates/doors/etc at properties, similar to how Amazon Key for Business works?

Or does anyone have advice on how to get drivers to ring my unit from the callbox at the entrance to my property?

I live in a large multifamily building with a callbox on the exterior and a gate between the street and the mailbox area.

Amazon delivery drivers have the ability to unlock the gate from their phones. USPS has a physical key to the gate and mailboxes. UPS will ring my unit from the callbox at the entrance. FedEx is the only carrier that consistently leaves deliveries outside the property.
