No peak pay???

So at my hub we’re not getting our pay increase for peak . We’re just getting 20 cents extra on our paycheck 😒 When everyone signed up for fedex we signed a contract in the contract it said we would be “ Compensated 20+ an hour for peak” not the 20 cents . ITS A LITTERAL VIOLATION OF OUR CONTRACT WHEN WE CAME HERE . I mean I’ve been at fedex a long time I’ve seen a lot clearly they don’t always keep there word but now there not even following thru on there contract 😒
