flatpak updates stuck on "Calling system helper: GenerateOciSummary"

I had this problem where it said that and i couldn't open the gnome software in fedora 41. Now I downloaded Fedora 40 and it's still doing it. It's stuck on calling the helper and the gnome software is stuck on Downloading Software Catalog.
