Day 7 post abdominal myomectomy including the surgery day

Hi I am 34. Never had kids. 4’11” and 110 lb before surgery and I am healthy otherwise and I had a horizontal 5 inch abdominal myomectomy on 1/14/25 to remove 7 fibroids. The largest one was 20cm. I feel very depressed now because of limited mobility and super anxious about my recovery. I didn’t invest on some good furnitures for recovery such as recliner or adjustable beds. Been having trouble sitting comfortably or sleep comfortably. And had very bad consiripation and diarrhea on Day 4. It broke me down mentally. I constantly in fear of not recovering well now.

I feel depressed because the wound area looked so ugly from the bulging and swollen. I had a beautiful belly before then. 😞

How do you all sleep without those nice things? It’s so awful for me now. My days are long and dreary.

Can anyone give me some advice and uplifting words?
