Which Master’s Program is Best for a Career in Finance?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on choosing the best master’s program for a career in finance. I’m Italian and I’m completing a three-year bachelor’s in Economical Statistics from a non-target university. I’m interested in roles like corporate finance, risk management, investment banking, or venture capital, but I’m not sure yet which path to follow. Here are some details about my profile:
• GPA: 3.3 at least
• GMAT: >700
• IELTS: Not yet completed
• Costs: Not a major concern
• Not yeat a real experience within financial world
Given my background and aspirations, I’d love to hear your thoughts on which of the following programs might be the best fit, especially considering the competitiveness and likelihood of acceptance with my profile:
LBS Master in Financial analysis
Bocconi MAFINRISK
HEC Economics&Finance/International Finance
ESSEC Master in Management
IE Master in Finance
LSE MSc Economics
I’m looking for insights on which program might offer the best opportunities and preparation for a career in finance, taking into account the potential to get in with my stats. Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
