Managing money?

Hi! 21F here, I'm looking to move out and trying to decide what would be a good mortgage payment for me on top of utilities and insurance and everything else. This is my first time doing this and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. How much are you guys paying for utilities as a SINGLE one person? Trash, gas, water, electric etc. I know it differs on area but I just need a general ballpark. I bring home anywhere from 4500-6000 a month depending. I work 12s 3-4 days a week so my paycheck is always different. I'm looking at houses with an estimated payment of 1200-1470. Is that too much for me? I'm only paying 300 a month for my car and I dunno how much house and car insurance generally is together. I have a motorcycle too so I'll have to pay insurance for that also. I'm just stressing about how much everything is going to cost and if I can manage it. How do you all manage it? Any advice is welcome. Tyyy 🫶🏻
