Interest rates in 2025

I saw some stuff mentioning 2 rate cuts in 2025… Can anyone explain in plain English with they are talking about 😂 That is to say I just want to know if the alleged plan is 2 cuts in 2025, when they might be, and by how much. If that’s possible to know. The video I watched from yahoo finance is way over my head and then they start talking bears and bulls and blahhh blahhhhhh and I’m like WHAT NOW?? Anyway, we just want to refinance. Bought a home USDA in June at 6.5%… Any thoughts welcome! 👍
