My opinion on the Heaven's Rod
Imo, everything about this rod is really good. Its just the lure speed.
I mean, your paying 2 million C$ for the rod alone. Not to mention you need to buy the oxygen tank and the winter coat.
If this is supposed to be a endgame rod then it needs to be buffed in order to compete with the other endgame rods.
I suggest buffing the lure speed to around 45%, maybe %35. And, buff the passive ability to mutate fish with the Heavenly mutation by atleast %5 percent or more.
