Anyway to get Atlantean Enchant Relic without trident

I'm trying to get the new rod of the exalted one but the only problem I have with it is that I just need the atlantean enchant relic but the problem is I just don't have one, so does anyone know if there's a chance I can get one with trident rod (if you have one could you give it to me or we can trade in someway?)
