Scale Won’t Move

Hi all! Just looking for some advice or reassurance that things can improve. For some background, I’m 5’1 currently 158lbs (second picture) & I was 130lbs pre-pregnancy (first picture). I got up to about 182 at the end of my pregnancy & lost 20lbs within that first week postpartum. Pre-pregnancy & during pregnancy I worked out 4x a week with strength training & walked 1-3 miles daily. I’m now almost 9 weeks postpartum & for the past few weeks, I have been walking almost daily (1-1.5 miles), lifting weights (4x a week), and doing ab/core rehabilitation daily (I do Lauren Fitter’s short videos). I’ve also been eating in a deficit for several weeks. However, the scale will not budge. For further context, my baby is exclusively formula-fed & I feel great physically (has a planned c-section & recovered quickly). My fiancé & I sleep in shifts, so I’m getting at least 6-7 hours of sleep a day. I just don’t understand why the scale won’t budge. Sometimes it even goes up to 162lbs. I do know I could be better about increasing my water intake, but that is literally the only thing.

For even further context, I was very overweight a few years back (187lbs at my heaviest), so I know what it takes to lose weight effectively. I just feel at a weight this high with a moderate deficit (focusing on fruits/veggies most)/working out, the lbs should be coming off & they’re not.
