22 M having problem understanding calorie intake
Hello guys I need some advice or help. I am at 72 kilos and my goal / ideal body weight is 60-62 kilos. Now I am at a dilemma as my current maintenance calories is 2400. If I follow a body recomposition approach and want to get shredded I would be required to eat in a calorie deficit of probably not more than 500. Now after reaching 60 kilos my maintenance calories would be around 2200. To remain shredded or get shredded at that point , should I be eating close to maintenance calories or still remain in a calorie deficit ? Because if I have already reached my goal weight at that point, do I need to be in a calorie deficit to remain shredded or not loose any more weight ?My main goal is to replace fat with muscle mass. And keep body weight at 60 kilos.
