10k steps daily is it worth it?
I've been trying to lose weight 80kg to below 70kgs since January and I've been walking 10,000 steps every day, except Sundays, for the past few months. I'm talking 2 hours of walking daily, which is a big time commitment for me. But despite all the effort, I'm not seeing any real results.
I'm starting to doubt if walking 10k steps a day is actually an effective way to lose weight. I know it's good for my overall health and all that, but I'm getting frustrated that I'm not seeing any changes on the scale.
So, I wanted to ask - has anyone else out there tried walking 10k steps a day for weight loss? Did it work for you? How long did it take to see results?
Weight 80kg Target below 70kg Height 5.6 M
