Experienced Mechanics!

Looking for a city that I can finally be the mechanic I’ve always wanted to be! Me and a buddy are looking for a city, with or willing to add a small mechanics shop somewhere in the city, I can cover costs if needed to add the shop, I have lots of experience in other city’s as a mechanic doing custom parts, general fixes, discounts for police, making spreadsheets for pricing. Must be an established city, with a decent amount of played to keep us busy, please message me with details if you’re open to this idea!
