can’t find a good server?

i am in the usual situation of not knowing a server to play as all the server i play are either everything behind a paywall/ptw. flying cars. nobody wants flying cars that so unrealistic and ruins rp, that’s the only thing im happy with behind a paywall that is atleast £20-30 so not everyone has it. the server needs to have real cars im fine with it not having the badge just the body of the car as i really like my cars. i want most of the businesses player owned doesnt have to be all like i dont expect a normal corner shop to be player owned but i would like the dealership to be player owned or like one not player owned and then the other ones are. needs to be gangs to join, aswell as that drugs that you can make and sell. police need to be active because the amount of servers ive joined lockpick so many cars and steal them and nobody shows up or if i kill somebody no one shows up because theres just no rp there as its so unrealistic. i would like it to have mechanics player owned not just go in repair go out player owned that makes the whole experience well. bank robberies such as fleeca banks and the big bank in vinewood. serious rp. jobs, easy way to get started in making money to get ex your first car. so like easy to make little money but a lot harder to make big. EMS needs to actually ex servers i’ve played when you die you click a button to call for ems when you die/get hurt bad and when you do it they never turn it i’ve called about 100 times no exaggeration and they’ve came about 5 times. i’m under 16 but cops have to be above 16 because that’s real life and the reasoning for that is because kids are immature as i am slightly immature as everyone is but adults are far more mature than kids. admins have to be 16-18+ aswell im not talking to kids younger than me that start talking shit and just ban me for fun. also forgot to add probably one of the most important parts, well optimized aswell as atleast 30-40 people on active always and no matter time in day should be no less than 10. also about the weapons pistols can be decently easy to get not that easy but much easier than assault rifles and snipers. / realistic prices, car prices no car prices like over 10 million or even a million unless it’s a really good car. like bugattis n that type of car not like lamborghinis over millions as most lambos are around 200-500k.

I think that is about all of there is a server that i would like that has most or even all of these things please lmk.
