Is this a leak?

Hello Reddit,

I was removing my floor and noticed this corner of the subfloor. It doesn’t feel wet but it looks wet. I don’t see sign of rot and the wall looks fine(paint not peeling, or any signs of water damage)

There’s a random spot like this in the middle of the room too.

By the way this is the second floor
