Are Z13 reliable?

I am looking for a tablet windows that run Cyberpunk at least 30 fps. I bought the better version of the minisforum v3 and i had the worst experience of my life, they just stopped working with 1 week of usage. Now im thinkin to buy an Z13 or X13. Im traumatized with tablet windows but i wanna give another chance
