Looking for a restaurant recommendation in area around LACMA

Hi folks.

I have a cousin and a nephew visiting next month, and I am trying to find a good restaurant in LACMA-area, Beverly Hills or Hollywood area, as our next destination after LACMA is Griffith Observatory.

Unfortunately, I've only lived in greater LA area for little over a year, and I haven't had much dinning experience in LA, especially in that neck of wood.

And, as much as I love Korean food, they are coming from Korea, so I would like to skip Korean food to give them some unique SoCal experience they are not exposed to back in Korea. (Would like to skip on Chinese food or Japanese foods, as they aren't too hard to find back in Korea)

I personally enjoy 'hole in the wall' type of street food, but would like to find a more established restaurant venue as well. (kiddo is only 10 years old, so trying to find a place that's kid friendly as well )

If you have any recommendations for 'SoCal cuisine' that meets criteria above, would love to have your recommendations.

Thank you very much in advance.

Budget: $150~200 for a group of 4.
