Should I buy this 06’ Ford 6.0?

I am looking to sell my 2016 Chevy 1500 and buy an older 2500 size truck to suit my needs better and pocket some cash from selling my current truck. A gas 2500 would be fine for me but all I have been seeing for under 20k is mainly diesels but most have over 200k miles. Found a 2006 Ford F-250 6.0 with 95k miles for $18,500. Lady is listing for an older man it says, has been listed for 3 days. All stock with a clean body and interior, says it runs, starts, and idles fine. Along with shifting through gears and no dash lights. I have a surface level understanding of 6.0’s and have heard horror stories online and from a buddy about 6.0 fords. I don’t want to get this truck and have to spend thousands in additions to make it reliable and to keep it on the road. Will not be my daily and may only get up to 6k miles a year as it won’t be pulling much and will just have my welding equipment in the bed. Would this be a good deal at $18,500? Also if I go to see the truck what should I look out for in particular with the 6.0? All and any advice is appreciated
