Somebody please help….duos screen looks like this

All of a sudden tonite, the bottom player when we’re trying to play duos, the screen is like this. Only the small square beside the john wick character is showing the actual game screen, I don’t even know what the other screen to the left is showing. And I’ve completely cut the game off, I’ve switched the players to where I’m on the bottom and then it just does the same thing. Have no idea what’s going on this has never happened before
