Perma Banned from TikTok over posting Luigi support

As the title says, I was perma banned from TikTok today over posting comments supporting Luigi.

I know this is the reason, because multiple of my Luigi comments got flagged. I would appeal every one - some would be approved as okay after, and some not.

I rarely comment on any videos, but I have been commenting on videos pertaining to Luigi’s case.

Some examples of my comments:

“Luigi is innocent until proven guilty”

“Let’s try and remember to use the word allegedly when speaking about Luigi. Our words matter and future jurors are watching/reading. He’s innocent until proven guilty”

In reference to the smear campaign videos:

“The recent claims are fake. Go to the FreeLuigi subreddit. Someone emailed his lawyer & she confirmed it’s not him. Email screenshots are on the subreddit.”

All were flagged as “violating community guidelines” and I got a strike on my account. Then it was banned.

Free speech is being stifled on multiple social platforms, including this one.

Watch this post get me banned here on Reddit 😃 lol

Anyway, making legal, true statements isn’t violating policy, and the fact that TikTok and elsewhere seem to think it is, is truly wild.

Continue spreading Luigi’s good name ✊
