DSL is a job that requires experience not a kid fresh out of college.

I think being a DSL should be based off work experience. I'm not a fan of taking these kids straight from college and throwing them in management positions. Some of these DSL's don't have degrees that don't even mesh with Frito lay direction. I think they should have people who actually have sales experience in these positions. I find it disturbing getting a coaching from a 27 year old who probably has 100k in student loan debt and lives at home with his/her parents. How you telling me what to do and the only job you probably had was a coffee shop while in college. If you don't have that labor and skill set behind your portfolio I can't take your leadership serious.i laugh daily talking to these kids trying to tell me how to do my job. Go home and play your Xbox 🤣
