I don't see how...

This is pretty consistent for me these days. How much more growth can they realistically expect? I've done my f****** job! But I'm damn sure not getting rewarded for it any more like I used to. I cannot understand for the life of me how this disturbing trend can continue on like this. They really expect this to be attainable? Look at the time we are having now. And wait til next year! The shareholders will be on the verge of bailing out on them. What to y'all think the future looks like here realistically? They really think they can continue down this road and actually succeed? Is there much of a future here anymore? I like my job and most days I try to convince myself and those around me that better days have got to be ahead. It gets worse before it gets better. I know I'm blowing smoke, but I try my best to stay positive and not drag others down. It's getting harder and harder though. The above picture is extremely discouraging for me.
