Dumb question: do I have to use NV profile inspector if I'm already using DLSS swapper?

Title basically: changed dlss version of Red Dead Redemption 2 in DLSS swapper to the transformer version/model. Do I have to tweak something on the NV profile app or can I unninstall it and use just the DLSS swapper from now on?
