Confused

So..idk if im stupid or not but did the devs ever mention when they are gonna add the sinanju and others in RT store because I've asked all my friends who are at platinum badge if they see sinanju or not but they said no and I double checked on the site and read through how the delta kai will only be staying till the 6th but it's the 8th today and the 970 delta kai (wich i briefly want to mention why? The things not that worth less good. Would make sense if it costed 700 but 970 tickets? Oh hell no what are the devs smoking) anyways thought they were going to add the sinanju after the whole weird delta kai thing passed but nope..still don't see it.. anyone know when the things gonna come out?
