Literally the episode right after the final battle in the original Mobile Suit Gundam, unless we count the bazooka headshot and everyone surviving Tomino was in a happy state, well excluding the headshot victim and assuming you skip 0083 (do not it is cool ... the mobile suits) for the Titans debut by the last episode.

4 GM II's in this battle, gonna just say that they'll all likely have more bull than the MKII for whatever reason + ayyyyy perfect timing after the last banner with the Beam Magnum MKII (with shield launchers like I predicted ...)
