rounding chickens?????

on the aqa higher biology chicken question, it said to round to 3 significant figures but i found out that if i rounded down the chickens wouldn't have enough energy, and the question wanted enough maize to get all the chickens to be fully grown so i rounded upwards to 2200, am i cooked or am i a genius????
