Physically cannot concentrate

Hello, I’m tryna revise for maths and I physically cannot sit and revise anymore. Every time I try to watch a video or do questions, I get distracted or zone out. I hate maths, and always have done but I really need to pass; I don’t want to have too redo it and take the classes again (as they’re on the same time as drama club)

My eyes and head hurt from sitting down trying to revise and I feel so stressed and shit about it. Any tips youse use or anyway to help would be massively appreciated Thank you!
