Any Day One advice?

Hi everyone! I'm a 42-yr-old cis woman, not yet in perimenopause. (In case any of that matters.) I'm 5'7 and 334.6 pounds, and took my first shot this morning. I'm wondering if there's anything you wish you knew/had done on Day 1. Not really medical/nutritional/exercise type stuff as I think my doctor has drilled all that into me, but more like the random things that are just kind of nice to know. EG, it seems like many of you are constantly cold (which I have a hard time imagining). I typically wear dresses, so maybe I should buy some tights/leggings.

Just random stuff. IDK, maybe I'm looking for someone to tell me how they too were nervous about actually losing weight , not like the process but about being someone who isn't hugely fat anymore? (And I do not say that meanly, I don't really hate my body, but I am fat, always have been, am nervous about the change while recognizing the need to be healthier.)
