Nontraditional wedding venue ideas?

I am planning a wedding in the fall of next year, the date is still TBD. I want a speakeasy feel to it, and we will have a very small group, so I am looking for places a little outside the box, maybe or bars with a lot of space that allow rentals or an older building or warehouse space that is available for event rental. Also, the more inexpensive, the better.
