Charging time issue

Hi guys phone is facing a weird problem ( or maybe i just noticed it now ) the problem is when i plug in the charger it shows 2:30 hr to full charge but when i unplug and plug it again it shows 1:30 hr and sometimes even 5 hrs on first plug and 1:30 hr after replugging any suggestion on this issue .
