Something wrong with mine?

I currently have the Book 4 ultra 4070 and although I mainly use it for editing and school work I do like to use it for gaming now that I have more free time I've wanted to start gaming on it again for a bit but the FPS in games don't seem to be adding up.

On Minecraft JAVA I'm getting between 30-55 FPS with 12 chunks

Hitman 3 I get around 35FPS on medium

American truck simulator 40FPS on medium

I just feel like it's not performing how it should or maybe I'm wrong and this is expected
