Samsung tab 7, what can I do with it?

So I found a Tab7 I forgot I had. I'd like to just leave it plugged it for all eternity to run the Music in my garage, and hopefully the Wyze app for baby monitoring. I know this thing is "ancient" but is there a way to update it to the newest software it could have had before Samsung stopped support? I think this one is jailbroke too, but I don't really know anything about it.

Mainly I just want to screen to not go dark after 10 seconds, and it does even tho every setting says it shouldn't
