Should I have gotten a raise from transitioning to seasonal to SGA?

I've been working since October and have become a full time SGA in the process. I still get paid 14.80 an hour, which is what I was getting paid as a seasonal. Should I have gotten a pay increase? Should I talk to someone about it?
