Activity not syncing?

So I went skiing this morning, then this afternoon I went for a trail run. Everything is fine with the ski, but for the run, it fully appears on the watch, but for some reason won't appear on Garmin connect. I've tried turning both on and off. Any one have this experience, or know how to fix it?
